  • Do I need to switch banks to use the Tyro Pro EFTPOS machine?

    Settling into the Tyro Bank Account means you can reap the benefits of accessing your EFTPOS takings fast and on the same day through same day settlement, including on weekends and public holidays *. Don’t have a Tyro Bank Account? No worries, you can always settle into your nominated or linked Australian Bank Account. Or better yet, open up a Tyro Bank Account and choose to allocate a percentage of your takings in your Tyro Bank Account or your linked Bank Account.

  • Does Tyro Pro integrate with my POS system?

    Tyro Pro integrates with over 330 Point of Sale providers.

  • Is the Tyro Bank Account free?

    Yes. The Tyro Bank Account is completely fee-free. No set up fee, no account keeping fees and no transfer fees.

  • When can I apply for the Tyro Bank Account or Business Loan?

    To apply for the Tyro Bank Account, you will need to have a Tyro EFTPOS or eCommerce solution and download the Tyro App. Once you have the Tyro Bank Account, you are then eligible to apply for the Tyro Business Loan.

  • How long does it take to receive my Tyro EFTPOS machine(s)?

    Once your EFTPOS application is submitted and has been approved, you should receive your EFTPOS machine(s) in 3-5 business days (metro areas). Tyro BYO App requires no hardware to be delivered and can be up and running once your application has been submitted and approved.
