Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria

The Member Get Member offer will run from 30 October 2023 to 30 June 2024 (Offer Period). You can participate in the offer only if you receive an email from us inviting you to participate in the offer. The Merchant Get Merchant offer cannot be used together with any other offer.

You, and any new customer you refer to us (the New Customer), will each receive a $200 voucher (see further below) if these Eligibility Criteria are met:

  • you continue to be our customer at all times before the voucher is issued to you;
  • you have not shared on any website, or otherwise publicly advertised or marketed, your unique referral code or referral link;
  • the New Customer applies to us for a Tyro Electronic Payments Facility during the Offer Period and includes your unique referral code in their application;
  • the New Customer is not currently our customer, and has not been our customer in the 6 months before the start of the Offer Period;
  • the New Customer processes at least $1,000 of transactions in the ordinary course of their business using their Tyro Electronic Payments Facility within 60 days after we accept their application; and
  • the New Customer is one of the first 300 customers to satisfy the other Eligibility Criteria above.

If the Eligibility Criteria are met, within 30 days after the Eligibility Criteria are met, we will arrange to issue you with a $200 voucher using the Digital Glue platform.

We may stop this offer before the end of the Offer Period or change the terms and conditions of this offer. However, if we do so, we will communicate this to you at the email address where we invited you to participate in the offer.
