Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. This survey promotion is offered by Tyro Payments Limited (ACN 103 575 042, AFSL 471951) (Tyro) of Level 18, 55 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000, telephone 1300 00 TYRO (8976) and facilitated by RFI Global (ACN 121 015 192, ABN 64 121 015 192) (RFI) of Level 2, 320 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. Completing the Tyro Customer Survey is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
  3. The Tyro Customer Survey is open from 9am (Sydney time) on Tuesday 4th March 2025 and will close at 5pm (Sydney time) on Friday 21st March 2025 (Survey Period).

Eligibility to enter the promotion:

  1. Entry to the Tyro Customer Survey promotion, is only open to:
    1. current Tyro customers (who have processed transactions in the last 6 months);
    2. who are over 18 years of age; and
    3. who complete the Tyro Customer Survey within the Survey Period.

(together, Eligible Entrants)

  1. Only one entry to the Tyro Customer Survey is permitted per Tyro customer.
  2. Completed Tyro Customer Surveys received outside of the Survey Period will not be eligible for the survey promotion.

How to enter the Tyro Customer Survey promotion

  1. Eligible Entrants must complete Tyro Customer Survey within the Survey Period.

Gift Card:

  1. One $50 AUD VISA gift card (Gift Card) will be awarded to each of the first 300 Eligible Entrants who complete the Tyro Customer Survey within the Survey Period.
  2. Successful applicants of the Tyro Customer Survey promotion will be notified of their success via email containing their electronic Gift Card, within 5 business days of the close of the Survey Period.
    Gift Cards will be sent to the contact details provided in the Tyro Customer Survey. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.

General terms:

  1. Tyro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    1. disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed by Tyro, to not be a genuine attempt to complete the Tyro Customer Survey; and
    2. request that entrants provide proof of identity in order to receive the Gift Card. If an entrant cannot provide suitable proof, the entrant will forfeit the Gift Card in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  2. Tyro is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may prevent participation.
  3. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the gift card provider.
  4. This Tyro Customer Survey promotion may be modified or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
