Embedded Payments is new technology developed by Tyro that enables Solution providers (POS, PMS, App or Retail partners) to turn any device with NFC (Near Field Communicator) into a point of sale or business application that can take payments, without the need for an EFTPOS machine.
Contact an eligible Embedded Payments POS Partner and ask for Tyro’s Embedded Payments product. However, as part of the process, after signing up with the partner, you will need to complete an application with Tyro.
If you are interested in a POS solution with integrated payments, you can use the POS selection tool. First, select their Industry and filter by Integrated features – select Embedded Payments. A list of solutions will be presented.
Your eligible Embedded Payments POS partner will be able to advise on costs of the Embedded Payments product. However, you will pay a fee to the POS solution partner and monthly transaction fees to Tyro.
When you start your Tyro application, simply tick the box for the Tyro Bank Account and we’ll work with you to complete your application.
