Step 1: Download and login to the Tyro App

If you can’t find your temporary credentials, or have forgotten your password, reset by clicking ‘Forgot passcode?’ on the log in screen. Your username is the email used on your Tyro application form. Find out more https://help.tyro.com/s/article/How-to-reset-the-Tyro-App-password

Step 2: Check out the Takings tab

Log in and visit the Takings tab to see hourly and daily takings, takings awaiting settlement and card fee reports for all your MIDs*.

Ready for next steps?

1 Settlements are paid 7 days a week when you meet the following eligibility criteria:

– The daily takings from your Tyro EFTPOS and/or eCommerce facility are settled into your Tyro Bank Account; and

– The Flexible Settlement Allocation feature is configured to leave a percentage of your daily takings in your Tyro Bank Account each day.

Available settlement times are from 8pm to 5am (Sydney time). Excludes Alipay, HealthPoint and funds settled directly by Afterpay, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. Flexible Settlement Allocation, depending on your banking provider it may take up to 3 business days to receive funds into your linked account.

2 Single settlement applies for all EFTPOS and eCommerce Tyro-settled transactions, including Alipay for EFTPOS. Excludes HealthPoint and Alipay which are not available on eCommerce, and funds settled directly by Afterpay, American Express, and JCB.
