Chapter 8

Tyro App

Download and log in to the Tyro App

Stay on top of business from wherever you are with real-time EFTPOS data, hourly transaction reports by location, and more.

Step 1:

Download the Tyro App from

If you can’t find your temporary credentials, or have forgotten your password, reset by clicking ‘Forgot passcode?’ on the log in screen. Your username is the email used on your Tyro application form. Find out more.

Settlement & takings

Step 1:

Log in and visit the Takings tab to see hourly and daily takings, takings awaiting settlement and card fee reports for all your MIDs2.

Banking

Step 1:

Visit the Banking tab and click on + to apply for an interest bearing, fee-free Tyro Bank Account. Find out more

  • Please note: Some entities will be required to provide further documentation and complete an application form to open a Tyro Bank Account. If this is the case, the App will prompt you to call us.

Once open, your daily takings will settle into the Tyro Bank Account. You can nominate a percentage of your daily takings to automatically transfer to a nominated Linked Bank Account by clicking on More, selecting Flexible Settlements and Settlement Allocation1.

Once the Tyro Bank Account is opened, click on the account name to view transaction history and monthly account statements, pay anyone or make BPAY® payments.

Step 2:

Tyro customers with a Tyro Bank Account have exclusive access to the Tyro Business Term Deposit. Click on the Add Term Deposit to view the calculate, select a term investment amount and see how much interest you could earn.

Lending

Step 1:

Visit the Lending tab to apply for an unsecured Tyro Business Loan, designed to help businesses expand, finance inventory or just keep moving. Find out more
